Personal Statement
Life comes with many challenges. Most occur because of relationship issues—feeling stuck in the same arguments or negative routines—and you just want to break free. I have a passion for leading couples to communicate their issues openly and honestly, providing them insight and awareness into the behaviors that are conflicting their relationships.
In addition to couples’ therapy, I also provide therapy to individuals who may be dealing with a numbers of difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, grief, oppositional defiance, and other behavioral issues. I work to improve the lives of my clients through offering family conflict resolution; counseling for parents, children, and adolescents; counseling regarding divorce or infidelity; and helping people gain the appropriate coping skills they need to face these challenges in the real world.
Although eclectic in my training, I utilize a trauma informed approach. I am an EMDR Certified and Brain Spotting Trained Practitioner and use them with most of my clients. I will tailor your treatment plan based on your personality and needs.
