I am a licensed marriage and family therapist equipped to help individuals, couples and families develop a life worth living, not just surviving. Experience includes: teens/adolescents, couples, families, parenting, co-parenting, chemical dependency/substance abuse, depression, anxiety, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and pre-marital counseling.
