Personal Statement

Meaninglessness, Anxiety, & Addiction - The 3 most common presenting problems in my practice today. Whether you’re dealing with any combination of the 3, or something else entirely, actualizing your potential is the way forward. I don't believe rehashing past experiences to no end is helpful. While talking about past experiences may be an important part of our work, growth manifests through present integration. I utilize Gestalt Therapy and am committed to being as authentic with you as possible. I strive to establish an environment where you can express yourself without worry of being vilified or deemed offensive.

Choosing a therapist can be a daunting task, so understanding your therapist’s approach can be useful in the decision making process. I am happy to discuss my theoretical orientation with you as I have found this to be helpful in expediting growth by empowering people to mobilize their own resources.

You know you are capable of so much more than your current output. You would not be here otherwise. My goal with every client is to work myself out of a job. Reach out and let's get to work.

Any resident of California, Texas, or Florida welcome.
