Personal Statement

I became a therapist to help people reach the life they're wanting, hoping, and deep down knowing they're meant for. I'm here to help you.

I focus on helping adults with their self confidence, boundaries, communication, trauma, depression, and more. I'm here to provide a safe space for you to work through the challenges going on in your life. I work with you throughout therapy, side by side, one step at a time. I am currently accepting new clients for individual and couple's therapy in California or Texas. Telehealth only.

Sometimes the path seems foggy, with obstacles every 3 feet, with people telling us we're going the wrong way and what we should and shouldn't do. It can be confusing, scary, and lonely. I'm here to help you clear the path, find your voice, and confidently walk to the life meant for you.

I provide you with skills to manage the challenges you're facing, as well as work with you to identify and understand where the root causes are coming from and why they are occurring. With learning these skills it creates short-term relief, and understanding the origin of your struggles, this will create long-term growth. I'm here with you, step by step along the way.
