Personal Statement

Taking the first step and looking for a therapist can feel scary, exciting, overwhelming and many other different emotions. I appreciate you taking the time to review my page and I am excited to help! I am trained in Exposure Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy all which have been proven to reduce anxiety, assist with the development of coping skills and combat depression. While symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship issues and more can be life changing and leave you feeling hopeless, my therapy sessions can empower you to face these fears and I'll be there every step of the way.

Using Exposure Response Prevention, I treat Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, phobias, Depression, Trauma and Addiction which often goes hand and hand with anxiety and other distressing issues. I build treatment plans based on your individual needs, your individual concerns and you as the specific main focus.

Starting or continuing therapy can be a scary and exciting journey. I believe in the power of the therapeutic connection. Each person has a unique set of challenges and I look forward to learning about you, your goals for treatment and how I can best assist.
