It Takes Courage to take that first step.....

I believe most people struggle with life at some point during their lives, sometimes they need help getting through those difficult times. Changes in life has a way of bringing on stress, anxiety, and depression. We may feel out of control and unable to cope. Left unattended stress and can lead to emotional, behavior, physically or loss of faith. I would be honored to work with you and start your journey to healing.

I have 13 years of post graduate experience which includes school setting ,community as well as graduate level counseling experiences. I have worked with children, teens and adults. I offer a client-centered, Christian perspective to therapy. I am passionate about helping people through a difficult time and helping them to heal. Seeking help is hard and reaching out knowing someone cares about what you are going through can make the difference.
