We are all challenged by life. And we do the best with what we know. Sometimes it is useful to talk and work with someone who may be able to help you figure out what to do differently. The idea is to live Life better. Strengthen Relationships with Family, Friends, and Yourself.

I specialize in couples and family dynamics to include estranged parents from their adult children and resolution of parent rejection. The focus of my work is to encourage and provide information to unfold the mysteries of effective communication that builds trust and intimacy in your relationships. Developing understanding instead of swirling in efensiveness and judgment is one therapeutic goal. My practice is centered on my belief in our human resilience and potential for happiness based on our capacity for personal growth.
