Personal Statement

I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and work with individuals and couples.  I will work collaboratively with you creating a supportive, non-judgmental space to help you move towards the life you want. I work collaboratively with clients to see what will work best in restoring a sense of balance and calm in a life that is constantly changing. I am dedicated to creating a supportive, non-judgmental space to help clients move towards a place of wellness and healing.

I work with clients on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, negative body image, perfectionism, low self-esteem, relationship issues, high sensitivity, and difficult life transitions. I will help you address the ways in which your emotional, mental and physical well-being are interconnected.

I incorporate mindfulness into my practice and am passionate about exploring where you feel stuck and how to move through discomfort. I encourage self-care and quieting the mind in what can often be a very busy and frenzied life.
