Personal Statement

Angela Sadowski, CSW-PIP, QMHP is a licensed independent mental health therapist who focuses on mental, emotional, and spiritual well being. There are many situations and life events that may be causing emotional distress. The first step to emotional healing is to recognize you are struggling with unhealthy thoughts and/or feelings or an issue is causing problems in the quality of relationships or employment, and to reach out for help when the problem is bigger than your own resources.

Therapy is an active and collaborative process between client and therapist. Angela will work with you to create a treatment plan that encompasses the issues you want to address in therapy. She will work with you to identify and help implement new strategies to manage the challenges you are facing.
