Personal Statement

As a licensed mental health therapist, I specialize in working with Highly Sensitive People & adults who have been affected in some way by autoimmune, ongoing emotional stress & trauma related illnesses — supporting & encouraging as they renew, restore & replenish. I offer programs, consultations & therapies shaped by the care & compassion we need throughout the seasons of our lives.

Building relationships with clients to thrive through insight, understanding & action is what I do best. Depending on their needs, people find me valuable engaging in both short & long term therapeutic care. For established clients, I offer family lineage work — creating an extension bridge for members to heal & connect more deeply in an ever expansive space of heartfelt respecting, collaboration & understanding.

My mission is to create a safe space where deep healing is experienced by the conscious & subconscious aspects of the whole person. All people are welcome. All questions, concerns will be handled with care & compassion.
