Personal Statement

I am a clinical social worker with over 22 years of experience, licensed in Massachusetts, Florida, Texas and Vermont. I help clients address autism, ADHD, and the challenges that stem from these differences (C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, relationships and communication challenges, family and parenting support). I see my clients as the experts in their lives, and see myself as a guide toward insight and improvement.

My clients find that being heard and accepted is calming and affirming. I ask a lot of questions but also love to listen. I am neurodiversity affirming, LGBTQIA+ allied, and Trauma informed. I use a holistic stance (CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing) to help clients address a wide range of challenges (work, relationships and life changes, anxiety, depression, self love).

I am highly sensitive to the need for multicultural awareness in my scope of practice. Being a person of color, LatinX, female and neurodivergent propels me to respect, explore and create a safe space for the differences in all of us.
