Personal Statement

Hi, I am Amy Skiver, and I believe that people should always strive for true wellness and happiness. From your physical well-being to your mental and spiritual health, it is important to take care of yourself in all aspects of life. I believe that all forms of healing are rooted in the mind, body and spirit. With guidance, we can harness these elements to invoke necessary change to elevate ourselves.

At times, we need a direction in life-a "starting point" to get back into balance. The realization of this began for me personally after being diagnosed with breast cancer while I was pregnant with my first child. It was during this spiritual and life alternating journey that I fully recognized that we all have the potential to create optimal health for ourselves, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
