Personal Statement

Therapy is a place to give yourself permission to feel, expand, explore, question and make changes as you progress through different seasons of life. I have worked in the helping profession for nine years. I can offer you a safe place to process your thought patterns, emotions, and difficult life experiences. I use a combination of EMDR trauma therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help my clients heal parts of self that feel discontent.

Making the decision to reach out for therapy can be so difficult, but having the courage to do so can be absolutely life changing! You deserve to make sense of your story and to live well.
