Personal Statement

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience working with people in behavioral health wanting to make life changes. I empower change alongside the individual by creating a therapeutic relationship, personal, effective, outpatient psychological care. I provide a neutral ground to adolescents and adults to create a trusting and safe environment in which allows clients to find their own strengths and acceptance. I am confident the support you are seeking, is attainable by taking this first step.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling I can help guide you to new coping skills and help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.

Many adult and adolescent women experience unique challenges related to personal and professional expectations, self care needs, mother and daughter relationships, life balance and self esteem and self worth. I can help guide you through this process so you can live a more meaningful life.
