Personal Statement

Do you struggle with fear you don't understand or sadness that seems bottomless? Is there an emptiness that drugs, alcohol, sex or other behaviors used to fill but that no longer does? Many times, struggles like these come from negative beliefs created in your past. I specialize in helping people find relief from emotional suffering by accessing the truth that is in all of us. I try to provide an environment that feels calming and safe, where the past can be explored and healed into to a more authentic and fulfilling present.

Some of the methods I specialize in include EMDR, Brainspotting and Hypnotherapy. Each of these methods relies on something you already possess, your body and brain's ability to heal themselves. These tools just allow you to harness this healing in a different way.

Clients have been known to say that I challenge them in a direct but respectful and caring way that shows I believe in their ability to heal. I am a firm believer that people are not defined by their actions, rather that their actions show the wounds of the past.
