Personal Statement

Sometimes in our lives, we find ourselves at a point where we feel stuck, conflicted, and unable to move on. During these times it can be difficult to talk to friends or even family because we don't want to concern them with our troubles. Other times, it can simply help to have an objective viewpoint.

As your therapist, it is my goal to offer an objective, compassionate, non-judgmental atmosphere to help with your unique circumstances. We work together, build on strengths and give you the time and space for the emotions and struggles. Feeling... alone? overwhelmed? frustrated? angry? depressed? worried? like no one understands? Are you always attending to everyone else's needs? Are you where you thought you would be at this point in life?

Sharing a trusting relationship is an integral part of the therapy. I believe that it is important to work as a team, where we work together to assist you in your growth and change, in order to help you reach your goals and improve the overall quality and functioning of your life.
