Personal Statement
I have been a psychotherapist for 30 years. I bring a wide range of experience and knowledge. It is an honor to accompany my clients on their journey. I work with people dealing with trauma, past or present. Mental health symptoms, such as depression and anxiety can surface as a biproduct of stress. Stress reduction, mindfulness, and cognitive retraining are always part of my work with clients.
In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, Alice has presented at National conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of mental health problems of children and adolescents dealing with family trauma.
She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you find the answers to how your life can work better and feel better. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
