Personal Statement

I am a therapist and the founder of Strong Self Psychotherapy, PLLC. My educational & professional experience is diverse. My undergraduate background was in law enforcement and criminal justice. My graduate work has covered forensic psychology, psychological research, and professional counseling. As a therapist, I’ve provided individual and group psychotherapy to individuals, families, and adolescents in private, incarcerated, university, and community settings. In my practice I focus on trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and depression but am able to help with any struggles you may be experiencing.
