Personal Statement

The purpose of my work is to help people resolve any conflict they may face and renew their efforts toward healing and transformation. I use a number of methods, beyond psychodynamic techniques, to aid people in this process, including the use of expressive arts and a deeper connection to the spiritual. I find that this holistic approach leads people to more self-awareness, creativity, and vitality—essential elements to expose problems and unearth solutions.

I see each client as unique with individual needs. The process of therapy depends upon the client’s experiences, thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Each person has his or her own goals and needs a personalized path to achieve them.

I offer relational, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic therapies for people struggling with personal growth, depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, impulse control disorders, domestic violence, divorce, parenting, and relationship conflicts. I serve clients ages 14+ and also welcome couples and families. All backgrounds are welcome.
