Personal Statement

Life is filled with challenges that affect each of us in different ways, how we handle those challenges helps to define us. I have always wanted to help people and that is why I started my practice, After Happily Ever After. It is my hope to use my education, experience, and background to assist individuals, couples and families navigate through their difficult times while learning different techniques to help them when similar situations arise.

I provide a safe, nurturing and comfortable environment where you will feel comfortable sharing both your concerns and your accomplishments. In my practice, we can collaborate on how best to understand your situation, identify your goals, and find solutions. I bring a varied theoretical approach, centered on Solution Focused Therapy, and I ensure sensitivity to cultural diversity.
