About

Life has many different roads, avenues, and detours, but the way you find your destination is up to you. Therefore, my goal is to empower my clients to map out effective responses to their environment and situations to promote successful outcomes. I’ve worked in group homes, school settings, office settings, and community settings with children, adolescents, and adults. I understand that overcoming mental health issues is a collaboration and not a one-sided interaction. My extensive work with clients is comprised of managing anxiety disorders, depression disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, and numerous other personality and mood disorders. My therapeutic techniques include person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based therapy, and reality therapy. I believe that everyone’s emotional, mental, and physical health matters. As an eclectic therapist, striking a balance between working with evidence-based theories and individual preferences is supremely important. I’m available for individual and family sessions and I want to help you find what makes you feel inner peace and your purpose in life.
