I have 10 years of experience working as a License Psychotherapist in the state of Missouri. I have had the opportunity to work within various counseling environments and gain experience working with a variety of client populations. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults within the school, home, and office settings. In additional, I have helped individuals with concerns of depression, self-esteem challenges, grief/lose, career difficulties, and life transitions.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe it's essential to be compassionate, respectful, attentive, and receptive without being judgmental. My treatment modalities include, but not limited to: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Client Centered, and Solution Focused Therapy. During therapy, treatment modalities will be discussed and tailored to meet your specific needs.
