I'm not perfect and we all have things that we could work on. I hope that helps you to feel comfortable knowing that we can connect and realize no one has to be perfect in order to be a helper or patient even. As a therapist, I like to start where you are at and help find a direction together with the goals that you may desire to accomplish. I consider myself to be very person-centered and seek to understand someone and conduct psychotherapy as well as solution focused therapy to heal a person with tips and tools but ultimately to help heal their core issues and wounds.
