Hey Wild Souls! I’m Liberty, a licensed therapist in Texas with 3 years of clinical experience and 16 years of professional experience. I’m not your typical therapist - I’m all about making therapy seem more like an adventure & maybe even fun. I’m a nature-based therapist which means I might invite nature into our sessions to help you discover things about yourself that you just can’t access through talk therapy.

I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, queer and gender diversity issues, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, college, workforce, and career related issues, self harm, and discovering your True Best Self, No stiff therapy vibes here. My style brings in mindfulness, movement, nature-based parts work (IFS), DBT, art, nature based experientials and bridging the body mind connection.
