My name is Yasmin Abdi (she/her) and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I provide individual in-person and tele-health therapy services to teens and adults. If you are reading this, you are likely dealing with a tough situation and want to cope or make a change. Perhaps you are unhappy with where you are in life, whether it is with your job, your relationships, or even yourself. You may be dealing with stress and overwhelm, worries, or you might be feeling more low than usual. Maybe you have recently experienced a major stressor or change in your life, and you have no idea how to cope and keep going. As a therapist, I am here to walk alongside and guide you through your journey. It takes strength and courage to ask for help. That is why I strive to create a safe, caring, warm, and nonjudgemental space where you can begin your journey towards healing and growth.
