I am licensed in California with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping client with relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, and motivation, self esteem, and confidence. My background is attachment based therapy with an emphasis on client centered approaches. I have also used CBT, Internal Family Systems and Narrative interventions. I have worked with a plethora of clients from one to 80 years old. I have supported clients in crisis and with extreme trauma. I have worked with families, couples and individuals on improving their communication. I am adept at working with clients that want to address habits and patterns that no longer serves them. I believe that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
