I am a Licensed Professional Counselor(LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) licensed in Louisiana with 15 years of experience working as counselor, trainer, coach, and consultant. I am also credentialed as an LPC Supervisor (LPC-S) working with counselors seeking credentials as a LPC and a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) working with counselors in training seeking credentials as an LAC. I am credentialed in the state of Florida as a Master Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) and have a Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in leadership development, program development, and project management.

The therapeutic relationship is vital to creating an environment where change and growth happens. Expect to be treated with respect, empathy, dignity, and compassion as we journey together. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, existential and mindfulness based counseling.
