I am a licensed clinical social worker in Louisiana, with over four years of experience working as a counselor and consultant. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, lifestyle changes, and stress. I believe in treating all people with compassion, respect, and sensitivity, and I believe that you know yourself best. My approach combines solution-focused, client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and coaching. My goal is to help you move forward from any challenges by empowering you.
