About

I am a licensed professional counselor licensed in Missouri. I have been providing services since 2014 and on this journey, I have worked with individuals from all walks of life. I have worked with individuals with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, marriage issues, work problems, parenting, addictions, compulsive disorders, and life balance struggles.

I approach providing services with my clients in a holistic manner. I want to get to know my clients and build upon their strengths. I utilize both Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy as well as Good Lives Model. I will work with my client in a collaborative fashion to build goals that meet their unique needs.
