About

I am a licensed therapist in the state of Georgia. I have lived in many places alongside people of many socio-economic backgrounds. I have worked with people recovering from addiction from many sources including food, alcohol, work and drugs. I have also worked with issues of depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and career challenges. I work with you to plan your goals for therapy and the ways in which you achieve those goals.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive counseling. I believe counseling provides a safe place to work through problems and identify choices that will improve quality of life in a non judgmental atmosphere. I am certain that I can provide that space.
