Hello! My name is "V" and I am licensed in Georgia with 13 years of professional clinical experience. My experience includes helping clients with career coaching, family planning and parenting, family conflict, trauma and abuse, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also understand that adapting to changes can be difficult. However, our environment seems to change frequently these days, making it hard to keep up. Talk therapy, positive coping skills, practice, exercise and journaling can help you to get those pressing things off your chest so that you can work on acceptance and moving forward. I believe that you are the expert of your story and you alone have the power to change your story effectively. There is no need for you to be defined by your past. We will focus on the many strengths you already have that will assist you in overcoming challenges. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life.
