Hi there, I’m Vanessa. A licensed mental health professional who focuses on meeting clients where they are and we work together to find meaningful evidence-based approaches to promote emotional well-being. Do you feel overwhelmed, stressed out, worried, fearful, or maybe you are trying to deal with an addiction. I am here to help. I utilize a combination of therapeutic modalitiesI but place an emphasis on Cognitive Behavior Therap, Mindfulness-based techniques and Acceptance Therapy. These strategies are used in order to assist individuals in reducing limiting beliefs. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I have a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families, to cope with anxiety, addiction, depression, interpersonal conflict, relational problems, stressors, and trauma.
