Finding the right therapist can be an overwhelming experience. I’ve been there too! That’s why it’s so important to find someone you feel like you can be 100% YOU around. I bring all of my story into my work. I strive to be authentic. Real pain deserves a real person listening to it. If you want a therapist you can be human with, you’ve come to the right place.

For over five years I have worked with adults who've experienced a wide range of issues. I'm passionate about helping my clients move through their difficult experiences and into a healthier life. I specialize in treating complex trauma, and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional as well as trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I received a Master of Social Work in 2015, and since then I have been determined to learn as much as possible about how to meet people where they're at and help them achieve their goals.
