I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of California. Mental health has been my calling for over 5 years. I am existential-based in my work and believe that self-awareness is the first step in moving forward in therapy. I have an adaptable approach in catering to your needs as both a gentle and empowering therapist. I will work with you in creating goals and forming a therapeutic relationship that will work best for creating awareness and if necessary, change.
My experience includes working with children, families, survivors of sexual, emotional and physical abuse, domestic abuse perpetrators and partners, as well as individuals going through depression and anxiety.
I provide services in both English and Spanish and have an educational specialization in working with Spanish-speaking and Latinx individuals with an in-depth understanding of cultural considerations.
I know it takes courage to seek out therapy and I am here to help you in this journey in search of meaning, self-awareness and growth.
