About

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist working with adults on improving their quality of life. I conduct individual and couples therapy. I work with individuals presenting with a range of struggles including depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, and relationship stressors among others. I work from a Cognitive Behavioral and Gestalt perspective, which help the person become more aware of how their thoughts and feelings impact their behaviors and how they make meaning of the world around them.
