I am a clinical social worker licensed in Texas with 7 years of experience working as a therapist, parent educator, counselor and life coach. I have worked with clients from many walks of life, with a special emphasis on Foster Care/Adoption issues, Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem, Depression, Anxiety, Parenting Problems, Life Direction issues, and Goal Setting. My therapy style is collaborative and friendly. I believe that all parts of us are welcome, and I believe everyone is worthy of respect and compassion. My approach combined Cognitive-Behavioral, Attachment, Narrative, and elements of Internal Family Systems. Your treatment plan is collaborative between the two of us, so you gain and maintain control of your own healing process.
