Hi! I'm Uquisha. Do you sense there is something different about the way you think or feel that you've never sensed before? Are you struggling to maintain healthy relationships with people? I have a master's degree in Marriage, Couples and Family Counseling so I specialize in relationships. But that's not all! I also specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, life skills and substance abuse. I have been trained to utilize art therapy for expression and TF-CBT to help the children process trauma in their own way.
