I am licensed in Texas with seven years of professional counseling experience. I have experience in helping clients with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship and attachment issues, family conflicts, substance abuse, anger, and trauma. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. My treatment approach is to support you in identifying your inherent strengths and ways they can be utilized to manage triggers in a healthy way that honors you. I will support you in identifying your inner wounds and ways that you can begin to let go of things that no longer serve you to begin healing, and reveal your higher, present self. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling, happier life takes courage and I am here to provide guidance and motivation to support you in taking back your power.
