I am a licensed clinical social worker in Louisiana with 3 years of experience providing group and individual therapy in various inpatient behavioral health settings. I have a passion for helping people to become the best versions of themselves! My therapeutic approach is eclectic in nature and I like to focus on the most pressing issues that clients present with, and work collaboratively with the client to help them reach solutions to their issues. I am also trained in the strengths based perspective, which means that I spend time helping clients identify their personal strengths to help them use those strengths to improve self image and problem solving skills. I am a compassionate and empathetic person, who enjoys listening to the stories of others.

I graduated with my bachelor of arts degree in psychology in 2014, and then graduated with my master's degree in social work in 2017. In graduate school I focused on health and mental health, and participated in my school's behavioral health scholarship program. In my spare time I enjoy playing video games, cooking, and being active outdoors! Everyone's life is worth living and I would be honored to help others find their purpose in life and get their happiness back!
