I know it can be hard to ask for help but you have taken the first step and come to the right place. I know that , together, we can work through what it is that may be troubling you.

I am a graduate of Tulane University and have a Masters of Social Work and a Masters of Public Health with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health. I have 16+ years experience with people facing end-of-life decisions, grief/loss, and learning how to cope with a new normal following a life-changing diagnosis. In addition, I work people who have mental health diagnoses and/or behavior issues.

I empower clients to help themselves and meet them where they are. I focus on Mindfulness, Solution Focused and Strength based therapies. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is key to providing the help needed. I adapt my approach to what is most needed and helpful to the client at that time.

I have experience in grief/loss, ADHD, depression, PTSD, ASD and stress/anxiety.
