About

Welcome!
My name is Tuquester Carlisle. I am a licensed therapist in the state of Georgia. I want to first thank you for taking some time to learn more about me. I have been assisting others for over 10 years. While my counseling approaches are solution-focused and person-centered, I often combine different therapeutic approaches based on the needs of my clients. I have experience working with children as young as 5 as well as adults. I provide individual, couple and family counseling.

As we go through life, we all face challenges that can sometimes be difficult to cope with. While we may find that in most cases we can deal with those challenges, we may determine that sometimes assistance is needed. If you are dealing with challenges in your life and you are not sure where to turn, please know that I am here to help.
Helping others is not simply an occupation for me. It is a part of who I am, in that it allows me to facilitate the path to a better well-being. I firmly believe that every individual has the ability to develop healthier and more satisfying experiences in their lives. I work very hard to provide an authentic, accepting and non-judging environment for everyone. My goal will be to help you to develop resources, identify and meet the challenges you are facing with strength and support. I am well skilled in working with individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families. My areas of expertise include trauma, loss and grief, depression, anxiety, divorce, work-related stress, PTSD and much more.

Together, through empowerment, we will find the balance you are searching for. I look forward to working with you!
