Welcome! I’m so glad you found me. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process between you and I. You are the expert in your life and I’m here to help guide you, support you and be walk beside you in this journey. I enjoy working with couples and I’m a level 3 trained Gottman therapist. I love helping couples find their connection, creating meaning and making an amazing life dream. I also have experience working with first responders and understand the complexity and stress of the job, I want to be a place of peace and a place where one can find solace in such a stressful job. I have experience working with women, LBGTQ+ community as well as experience working with those going through the process of grief. I look forward to meeting you and going through your journey with you.
