Licensed Professional Counselor (MA, LPC, EMDR, CAC II) I am a kind and genuine counselor, who offers a safe and validating environment for individuals to grow. I am very passionate about my work as a therapist and am excited about building a collaborative relationship with you in this transformative journey of self-discovery, healing and recovery. I see myself as non-judgmental, empathetic, and use a compassionate approach. I believe that by using a client-centered method where we focus on your strengths, a supportive healing relationship can be established. I hold dual credentials in counseling and addictions.

I have experience working with a wide variety of clients in individual and group settings. Treating individuals of all ages who struggle with trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, substance use/ addictions, depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. I earned my masters degree in clinical psychology from the University of Indianapolis.
