My name is Amber Chambless and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping others live a happier and healthier life. I have worked in the field for 12 years and as a counselor for 9 years. My broad experience includes working in inpatient and outpatient eating disorder clinics, working with dual diagnosis clients in a forensic settings, crisis work, and working with a range of clients in a private practice setting.

I draw from a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, person centered, and solution focused treatment. I work well with individuals struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, poor self-esteem, trauma, substance use, life transitions, difficult relationships, and individuals coping with chronic illness. I work from a strength based perspective, recognizing each individual's resiliency and capabilities.
