Hello,

Feeling at a loss, not sure how to move forward. Laying awake at night running through problems, and playing out an infinite amount of possible scenarios in your mind is no way to live. I've helped many people struggling with stress, anxiety, and depression feel better and get back on their feet again. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor that has been providing counseling for the last 6 years. I currently own and operate a private psychotherapy practice in Bradenton, FL. I love helping people overcome tough life situations and difficult emotions to feel happy, confident, and satisfied.

Therapy can be fun and starts with a great relationship. My goal with my clients is to enjoy our time together along the way to feeling better and getting more of what you want in life. My approach is individually customized and informed primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution's Focused Therapy. In therapy we may develop more helpful ways of thinking. Through stories and new information we may take on more empowering viewpoints on events, others, and ourselves. The energy felt from more positive emotions will propel you to take action to change your life.
