I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over ten years of experience. I'm also nationally certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors. I have a broad range of experience with all ages of clients. I enjoy working with adolescents and couples strategically helping with problem solving and strengthening solution base skills. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but often times I adjust my techniques to meet the unique needs of my client(s). I love connecting with others, listening and creating a pathway to problem solving. I have experience with depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, marriage counseling and parenting skills. I also have experience with more severe mental health issues and personality disorders. My desire is to help you achieve your goals by providing a warm, compassionate and clinical therapeutic experience.
