I am a clinical supervisor and therapist licensed in Tennessee as a Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health Service Provider and have board certification as National Certified Counselor. I have years of experience working with clients with a wide range of mental and behavioral health needs including: trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting issues, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, parenting and have been trained in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have experience working with child and adolescent counseling and adults.

I am a counselor who is very client-focused and believe in treatment planning and objectives that are reasonable and attainable. It is very important to build a rapport with the client and the pair working to identify objectives and goals of treatment. Some of the treatment modalities used are cognitive-behavioral therapy, rational-emotive therapy, narrative therapy and psychodynamic models of therapy. Therapy models of treatment generally consist of a combination of modalities.
