About

I am a licensed mental health service provider in the state of Tennessee with over 6 years of experience working as a meditation coach, hypnotherapist, addictions therapist, and counselor. I have experience with clients of all ages with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, grief, physical pain, and many other manifestations of stress. My passion is helping clients find ways to tackle their problems holistically, enabling the mind, body, and spirit to work together for the sake of healing and growth.

My first goal in each counseling session is to be as present with the client as possible. Often all someone needs to grow is a compassionate witness. My approach to therapy is a nice mix of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, neuro-linguistic programing, and existential therapy. I attempt to make each session part process and part practical. We may spend time processing your feelings, thoughts, and experiences. We will also spend time coming up with practices or goals that you can set outside of therapy. This will enable you to put self-care into action and provide a means to measure progress.
