My name is Tracy Prenosil and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) in the state of Nebraska. I have spent the last 22 years working in the area of mental health. I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, career challenges and major life changes. The goal of this work being to help individuals overcome barriers related to mental health symptoms so they may improve overall well-being and functioning. My approach combines dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and client centered therapy, among others, with the guiding factor being what is best for the individual and their current situation. Therapy is a fluid process that changes as the needs change but overall it provides support, helps us process our life events and focus on our goals.
