I am a recent retired Military officer with retirement merely months away. I have been doing therapy for 4 years. My theoretical orientation is Dialectical Behavior therapy. I also use Trauma Focused and Cognitive behavior therapy as evidenced based practice. I believe in meeting my client where he or she is currently on their path.
